  • Proof: “Please email our team immediately with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. This is required for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.”

    •  “After reviewing your photos, we will  create and ship a replacement at no cost to you.”

    • Non-Returnable Items:

      • Reiterate this point to avoid confusion: “All sales are final on custom, personalized, and approved orders. We do not offer refunds or replacements for reasons other than shipping damage.”
