At Your Frame Art Gallery, we take immense pride in creating custom digital oil paintings and personalized frames. Because each item is uniquely crafted based on your approval, we have a clear policy to ensure both quality and fairness.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we generally cannot offer a refund or replacement.
2. Custom & Personalized Items
Since every piece is a one-of-a-kind work made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for “Change of Mind” or design preference changes after you have provided your final approval for printing.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

Return Cost: $0 (Free). We cover 100% of the return shipping costs for defective items.

Resolution: We will provide a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Return Shipping Fees

For Defective/Damaged Items: There is no cost to the customer. Your Frame Art Gallery pays for all shipping.

For any other authorized returns: The customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.
