Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Your Frame Art Gallery, we ship our custom frames and digital art all over India. We ensure every order is securely packed to arrive safely at your doorstep.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Since our products are custom-made, processing begins after you approve the artwork.

  • Handling Time: 4 to 6 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).

  • Note: This includes the time for digital art creation, client approval, printing, and framing at our Coimbatore studio.

2. Shipping & Transit Times

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners (ST Courier, Delhivery, or DTDC), the estimated transit time is:

  • Tamil Nadu: 2 to 3 Business Days.

  • Rest of India: 4 to 6 Business Days.

  • Total Transit Time: 2 to 6 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).

3. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared with the customer via WhatsApp and Email as soon as the order is dispatched from our singanallur branch.
